The SC 3.2 Oracle E-Business Suite agent should lower the Concurrent Manager limit that is used when probing the Concurrent Manager.
Currently the Concurrent Manager probe checks the maximum concurrent managers against the actual running concurrent managers and determine if the actual is acceptable based on a user defined CON_LIMIT, where CON_LIMIT represents a percentage
CON_LIMIT is defined when the Concurrent Manager resource is created with a default value of 70, meaning that 70% of the maximum concurrrent managers should be running. This figure of 70% is too high and should be lowered. An acceptable value of 50 is proposed.
