Description 
The mega_sas driver needs to be cleaned up a bit, including the following items:
1. removing unused code functions (re: #ifndef lint)
2. removing embedded values from code
4. minimzing pragma pack(1) in megaraid_sas.h
5. remove LINTED tags as much as possible
