  IDS from dv5.sfbay:/swlib/ibm/released/informix/11/11.10/sparc-sunos

Problem:

I configured informix on failover zone and all resources came online fine on zone where I installed informix.  Later I switched to backup node and informix was not comming online so I went to try the start command in the local zone as root which created /var/tmp/idsdb_logfile as root and because of this the rs went to and remained online:online eventhough the db was not started.  This problem only occurs in failover zones.  See comments for email thread w/ Neil on this problem.
