Description 
Currently the WebSphere MQ agent mandates that the mqm userid/group exists in /etc/passwd and /etc/group. Subsequently agent validation fails if mqm is located outside of these files. 

Instead the agent should tolerate that mqm is accessible via standard naming services under solaris - NIS, LDAP, NIS+, etc.
