Description	In SC3.2 (4396634) the "xx.so -> xx.so.1" links were removed for non-public libraries. The agent makefiles were mostly being built against a 3.1U4 ref_proto, so the change didn't cause any problems. With the addition of support for Nevada/S11/Opensolaris, the agents now need to build against the latest ref_proto area, which doesn't have the non-public sym links.
