Description
S8/S9 has this system wide tunable ssd_retry_count which can be used to configure the number of retries ssd driver will make in situations like IO timeout. Many 3rd-party softwares(DMP, HDS) make use of this tunable for performance reasons. S10 and above does not support this tunable and we should add the support for tuning retry counts back to S10 and NV.
