Description
The current documented behaviour of the SAA data service is to not provide a fault monitor that monitors the application. This is by design because of ISV Swift demanding it that way. The reason for this is to enable manual start/stop of the SAA application.

However, since customers running an application within Sun Cluster then also expect automatic notification and actions like restart and failover, this RFE proposes to implement a faultmonitor for SAA.

Note that this needs also further work with ISV Swift so that they also agree to support running Swift with such a fault monitor, that then explicitly prohibits manual intervention.

It is also mandatory not to break existing customers relying on the current behaviour.
