Description 
Sometimes (very rarely) the following messages are displayed, 

Dec 19 09:16:47 phys-node1 SC[SUNW.gds:5,ws-RG,ws-qmgr,gds_probe]: [ID 335591 daemon.error] Failed to retrieve the resource group property RG_is_frozen: resource, resource type or resource group has been updated since last scha_*_open call.
Dec 19 09:16:47 phys-node1 SC[SUNW.gds:5,ws-RG,ws-qmgr,gds_probe]: [ID 914655 daemon.error] Restarting the resource ws-qmgr.

While the resource is successfully restarted, there are no meaningful messages to indicate why the resource is changed to degraded.
