Currently the lx installer ejects one CD before it asks for the next. In theory
this sounds reasonable, but in practice it is disconcerting and confusing. Since the
'eject' operation doesn't return control to the install script for several seconds, it
gives the impression that the CD has popped out while the installer is in the middle of
processing.
A similar effect is felt after the miniroot finishes installing. The installer kicks
the CD out, goes through the "duplicating miniroot" process, and then asks for a new
CD to be inserted. This leaves the CD drawer hanging open for many seconds, with no
indication what the user should do next.
