Description 
Starting with Family 10h, Revision D(Magny Cours), AMD supports Multiple Chips(multi nodes/multi Northbridges) in a Single Processor Package. There will be 2 memory controllers and 4 dram-channels per Socket, this needs to be considered by the Chip enumerator, which does not yet support such a config.
