Keyboard access is broken on the live CD with b109. :-(

1. Boot your machine from physical media -- CD ROM or USB stick
2. Don't touch the mouse
3. When the graphical desktop comes up, the keyboard is effectively "dead". :-(
Try to use the keyboard to access anything: Tab, Alt+Tab, Ctrl+Alt+Tab, Arrow
Keys, etc. It won't work.

As a workaround, click the left mouse button. This will force focus to the
desktop and you can arrow among the icons on the desktop.

This worked in prior builds, and I'm not sure what might be causing it. I don't
know if it might be X Server changes, maybe some sort of
gnome-panel/notification-area focus trap tickled by changes in the NWAM applet,
etc. The net effect, however, is bad since it now requires the use of the
mouse to wake things up.
Work Around
cd /usr/X11/lib/X11/xkb/rules ; ln -s xorg base
