Description	Shanghai is Family 10h-Revision-C. To pursue Diagnosiability level FMA feature support for CPU and Memory would mean appropriate CPU and Memory topology derivations (pursued with 6815264). And for memory diagnosis, at the least, labels should be available for the Chip-Select nodes, so that identification become easier.
