Description 
The dlmgmt_advance_dlconfid() in dlmgmtd's dlmgmt_util.c looks up dlconf entries in the wrong AVL tree.  It should look for dlconf entries in the dlmgmt_dlconf_avl tree, but instead there are two evident typos where they are looked up in dlmgmt_name_avl (presumably unsuccessfully.
