Description 
As part of implementing the COMSTAR SRP Target, we are implementing a minimal Device Management Agent for IB. The most natural way to do this is to have an ibt_clnt_class_t corresponding to IBT_DMA.   Once the IB group adds this flag, the SRP team can implement SRP without depending on non-documented features of IBTF.
