libcrypto.so is reported as a false positive by wsdiff (when run in non-DEBUG mode in 2 distinct workspaces)

Comments 
The problem was reproducible as follows:
  1. bringover on10-patch-clone to workspace named 'foo'
  2. bringover on10-patch-clone to workspace named 'bar'
  3. complete non-DEBUG builds in both workspaces
  4. run wsdiff on the proto areas produced by the builds

NOTE: the workspace names do not matter, they just have to be different
