Description 
ctfconvert complained that "ctfconvert: failed to resolve types" when the driver was backported to S10. This is due to the size of "char data[]" field is unspecified in the definitions of nx_cardrsp_rx_ctx_t and nx_hostrq_rx_ctx_t.

"wx pbchk" complained "comment wrong" and "cplusplus wrong".
