Description 
The i.ttysrch never looks at $src, the new file, except when installing a new
system.

But we have added several new directories under /dev which hold
new tty devices (/dev/zcons, /dev/vt)

The only thing ever copied was the SCCS id which was removed.

For upgrades, i.ttysrch only moves /dev/pts to be the first entry.
