Description	Although it is possible to create a named stream on a directory file subsequent attempts to open or delete the named stream fail with status NT_STATUS_FILE_IS_A_DIRECTORY, NT_STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND or, in the case of delete on close, NT_STATUS_SUCCESS but the named stream is not deleted.
