Description

With the initial integration of the x86 Fast Reboot project,
PSARC 2008/382 Fast Reboot
6714038 Fast Reboot support for x86 platforms
the system is always transitioned back to 32-bit first to
use the 32-bit dboot for booting the new kernel. If the
system is already running 64-bit and is fast rebooting to
a 64-bit kernel, there is no reason to go through the transition.
Using a 64-bit dboot will also eliminate the limitation of having
to load the new kernel and boot archive below physical 64GB.
