Description 
The exec_attr entries to allow xorgconfig & xorgcfg to be run by users with the
Desktop Configuration profile are only delivered on x86, even though the commands
are now delivered on SPARC.    These entries should be delivered on SPARC platforms
as well.
*** Test Case ***
On both sparc & x86, 'grep xorgc /etc/security/exec_attr' should list:
Desktop Configuration:solaris:cmd:::/usr/X11/bin/xorgcfg:euid=0
Desktop Configuration:solaris:cmd:::/usr/X11/bin/xorgconfig:euid=0
