Target portal groups associate groups of IP address with LUNs, only iscsitgtd doesn't property store the IP addresses, leading to incorrect tpgts upon restart:

twofish# svcs iscsitgt

twofish# iscsitadm list tpgt -v
twofish# iscsitadm create tpgt 50
twofish# iscsitadm modify tpgt -i 192.168.1.219 50
twofish# iscsitadm modify tpgt -i 192.168.1.220 50
twofish# iscsitadm list tpgt -v
TPGT: 50
    IP Address: 192.168.1.219
    IP Address: 192.168.1.220
twofish# svcadm restart iscsitgt
twofish# svcs iscsitgt
STATE          STIME    FMRI
online         21:22:33 svc:/system/iscsitgt:default
twofish# iscsitadm list tpgt -v
TPGT: 50
    IP Address: Not set
TPGT: 50
    IP Address: 192.168.1.220

Note there are two problems:

(1) iscsitadm reports there are 2 tpgts with the same id.
(2) tpgt 50 no longer contains the 192.168.1.219 address.
