Description 
If a topo enumerator doesn't support TOPO_METH_REPLACED, the code is intended to revert to calling TOPO_METH_PRESENT. This doesn't work correctly (the return value from the TOPO_METH_PRESENT call is being ignored). Fortunately this only affects ses and ipmi nodes.
