Description 
I recently upgraded to Nevada b95 and noticed that xterm no longer has the logging function available. I'm not sure when this changed / disappeared, but xterm no longer has this functionality compiled in, hence I think it's a regression. This looks to be a compile time option. The man page still documents it.

In X snv b112 test cycle:
Test Case:
Open xterm with -l option and there should be a log file in your current directory. The log file contains your command history in xterm.
Test returns right result so the bug is verified.
