Description 
LSARC/2008/571, the ZFS Snapshot Manager needs to allocate a UID < 100 for an
default role on the system.  The role has the "ZFS File System Management" profile, but is
not assigned to any users. It exists to run a cron job which takes automatic snapshots of
filesystem on the machine, and can be a no-login account - further details in the caselog.
