Description 
NIU HybridIO support in LDoms for NiagaraII platforms doesn't
show the stats that reflect the actual assignment of hybrid
resource to a vnet. 

Also a vnet that has hybrid resource need to show stats that
reflect the taffic being sent/received via hybrid resource.
