bfu'ed from /net/cifsgate.central/export/cifsnv/gate/archives/i386/nightly on 2008-09-09
win98 can not overwrite *.files on Nevada volume. Windows error message, "Cannot copy setup. Can not create a file when that file already exists."
How to reproduce.
1. win98 map to nevada share.
2. copy and paste any *.files from windows local directory to Nevada.
3. Paste it again to overwrite existing file.
3. Error copying files. Can not create a file when that file already exists
