Description
when I tried to rename a file "New Text Document.txt" to file1.txt with following scenario:
1) Parent folder (test)'s ACL:
- Administrator(SQA-LAB-WIN2000\Administrator): Full Control (This folder only)
- khanh(SQA-LAB-WIN2000\khanh): Read & Execute (This folder, subfolders and files)
- SYSTEM: Full Control (This folder only)
- Owner: Administrator(SQA-LAB-WIN2000\Administrator)

2) Child - file name "New Text Document.txt"'s ACL:
- khanh(SQA-LAB-WIN2000\khanh): Read & Execute (This folder, subfolders and files)
- Owner: Administrator(SQA-LAB-WIN2000\Administrator)

3) I was connected as SQA-LAB-WIN2000\Administrator (the owner)

On Windows 2000 server, I got "Access is denied." error message. However, on Nevada, it allowed me to rename to file1.txt.

Tested on SunOS mysolaris2 5.11 snv_97 i86pc i386 i86pc.
