Description 
Solaris domUs need to report their IP address back to dom0 via xenstore. The Windows PV drivers already do this. A user agent monitors the IP address (assuming one address per guest, or picking one at random in the case of multihomed guests) and passes it to a kernel driver which writes the data to dom0 via a xenstore write. Solaris needs to do something similar.
