A system panics with the message "Deadlock: cycle in blocking chain".

Three threads are involved:

Thread 1 has process P's p_lock and is waiting for zonehash_lock.
Thread 2 has zonehash_lock and is waiting for pidlock.
Thread 3 has pidlock and is waiting for P's p_lock.
