Description 
The naming convention of function names and structure member names are too confusing. The TX and RX concept in xnb is not quite consistent. We need to come up with a more consistent view of TX and RX code path. To view xnb as a part of xnf could be a good idea. So, we'll sync TX and RX concept in xnb with xnf.
