Description 
We have two macros.. one MAXNAMELEN set to 256 and other
MAXFLOWNAME set to 32..

Inside the kernel we use MAXFLOWNAME and in the userspace
(flowadm) we use MAXNAMELEN... it's inconsistent and should
match across userspace/kernel
