Description 
The integration of 6509323 has provided a framework for diagnosing unused search
paths.  ldd(1) should expands its -U capabilities to provide unused search path
diagnostics.

Prior to this update to ldd(1), the OSNet check_rtime() processing needs to be
cleaned up to erradicate any unused runpaths, of which there are a few.  This
cleanup is being addressed under 6683064.
