Description	Customer was suffering from performance issues with passwd_compat mode. The system used to hang on some applications for several minutes, for example, a simple command 'ls -l' and 'ps -ef' taking 10 to 20 minutes. Customer wanted to try pam_list module on Solaris 10. Customer is requesting this module to modify to do access control similar to passwd_compat mode provide like use +/- users and netgroup ignoring local users.
Work Around	Use one big netgroup containing all non-nss_files users at the end of /etc/passwd with - and put explicit + lines for every local user.
