Description
Indiana uses "kbd -s" to configure the system keyboard when booted from the CD. A user filed the following in Bugzilla:

In one of the language selections after booting the OpenSolaris Developer
Preview, "Traditional Chinese", or "Chinese (Taiwan)" was listed as
"Taiwanese". This is a very sensitive issue as Sun could be labeled as
encouraging Taiwan to seek independence. I don't think anyone has any interest
in getting into political hot waters. This should be corrected before the
Chinese government tells us so.

The Indiana team requests that this be fixed by snv_86 if possible.
