Description 
it would be nice if pktool(1) could serve as a simple CA tool. For now, other tools like OpenSSL must be used, which means that keys and certificates must be exported from the token if stored there. It would be very handy for testing so that pktool(1) only could be used for all tasks; certificate signing and verification is what is missing now.
