Description 
I performed live upgrade from Nevada 74 to Nevada build 76.
Live upgrade failed to install  xxxxx Wfilebench.

There is  a following info in /mnt/var/sadm/system/logs/upgrade_log:

Doing pkgadd of  xxxxx Wfilebench to /
672 blocks
ERROR: attribute verification of </a/usr/benchmarks/filebench/bin/go_filebench> failed
    pathname does not exist
    unable to create link to <../../../../../usr/lib/isaexec>

Installation of < xxxxx Wfilebench> partially failed.
pkgadd return code = 2
happens on a fresh install too:
ERROR: attribute verification of </a/usr/benchmarks/filebench/bin/go_filebench> failed
    pathname does not exist
    unable to create link to <../../../../../usr/lib/isaexec>

Installation of <SUNWfilebench> partially failed.

This also impacts regular install and it must be fixed:
