To reproduce on an ultra 40 running nevada build 77 or later
with serial console

-	modload misc/cpr

-	set kernel variable cpr_mp_enable to 1

-	run the command uadmin 3 20

-	use the keyooard to resume the machine

after resume you will see on the console the message

System has been resumed.
WARNING: /pci@0,0/pci108e,534a@7:
 Cannot identify SATA device at port 0 - device will not be attached.

I have not been able to take a core dump.

There appears to be a problem with the nv_sata suspend/resume
code on multipropcessor machines
