Description 
The Intel FMA error injector for 5000 and 7300 northbridge should allow errors to be injected into next error registers as well as first error registers
Intel northbridge error B7 is reported as B8 and B8 as B7

ereports for FSB 0 and 1 based on next error information are not cleared and reported with incorrect fsb.

ereports for fatal memory errors do not have the most significant 16 buts of NREMEMB register

ereports for non fatal FBD errors contian UERRCNT in cerrcnt

ereports based on next error do not get intel error list number payload member and may not be diagnosed to correct class
The Intel Northbridge 5000/7300 commands should have a next argument to all injection of error into the next error registers for testing.
