::fmd_ustat command should default to displaying all fmd_ustat statistics for fmd modules if no address is specified.

::fmd_stat should display all mod_stats statistic structures for fmd modules if no address is specified.

::fmd_serd should default to diplay all serd engine's if serd structure address is not given

walker eft_ipath to give address of ipath components

::eft_ipath command to decode eversholt ipath

::eft_count display value for each eversholt couter
