Description 
If LDAP server is restarted and nscd "keep alive connection" is put on CLOSE_WAIT TCP state, nscd fails to return hosts data (getent hosts) from LDAP in default configuration.

If the first query is for passwd database, no problem occurs.
To be more precise, "getent hosts" fails, but "getent hosts <key>" works correctly.
