Description 
fmd keeps on dying with the same message.

a core was gathered with libumem debug flags.
Work Around 
The workaround is to rotate the log files, remove the checkpoint file and restart fmd.
This problem happens during startup when fmd is restoring to its previous state.
In order for this to happen, the cpumem DE would have made a datapath fault diagnosis
and one or more cpu's is removed from service or replaced.The checkpoint file is in
/var/fm/fmd/ckpt/cpumem-diagnosis.
