Description 
According to the PRM (the IPP chapter), in order to set bits ECC_ERR_MAX, BAD_CS_MA and PKT_DIS_MX to 1, the driver should write the maximun counter values to the corresponding counter regiters IPP_ECC, IPP_BAD_CS_CNT and IPP_PKT_DIS.
