Description 
Customer is trying to use one of Edgeport/2 s with the new TI chipset.

The situation is that the EP/2 is plugged into the USB port but the
system led is completely out (means driver isn t loaded).  

Driver needs to address the USB bus periodically to keep the Edgeport from rebooting. Solaris USB Engineering has new Digi Firmware and has developed a solution.
