Description 
Specifically need to add following for Batoka:
  - Introduce a new cpuboard enumerator that includes the cpuboard's
    part/serial data
  - build a SUNW,T5440-hc-topology.xml topo file that in addition to calling other
    necessary enumerators, calls the cpuboard enumerator

cpubaord part/serial number information is to be included in the PRI.
