Description 
Currently we don't capture any unique identification information for dimm's in the topology on our x64 systems.  As a result, when we replay the ASRU cache, we're unable to automatically tell if a faulted dimm has been replaced.  As a result, admins have to explicitely inform fmd that it's replaced a dimm (via "fmadm repair <dimm_fmri>"), which complicates the service procedure and is a regression from what we can do on sparc.
