Description 
The following files in the test suite contain 2 SCCS ident strings which are identical:

common/funcs/err.D_PROTO_LEN.motoofew.d
common/funcs/err.D_PROTO_LEN.progenyofbad2.d
common/funcs/err.D_PROTO_LEN.mtabadarg.d
common/funcs/err.D_PROTO_ARG.mobadarg.d
common/funcs/err.D_PROTO_LEN.motoomany.d

One of them should be removed from each.
