Description 
When I try to add a rule which already exists, idmap prints the following
misleading error message:

Error commiting transaction (Invalid UNIX to Windows name-based rule)

It should be something like "Duplicate rule" or "The rule already exists"
and *not* "Invalid named-based rule"
