Description	Running in.iked in debug mode shows the contents of p1 proposals, but for p2 proposals, we just see a PF_KEY message being sent down and the result. We need to see what those proposals are so we can troubleshoot why we get "No Proposal Chosen". We also need to see the peer P2 algorithm proposals and why there is a mismatch.
