Description 
Encountered a panic in IB Nexus while configuring IPoIB after the below
sequence :
         cfgadm -y -c unconfigure pcie5      # Un configure IB HCA
         cfgadm -y -c configure pcie5         # Configure IB HCA again
         cfgadm -y -c configure ib::<portguid>,<pkey>,ipib # Configure IPOIB on this HCA
IB P-team deprioritize, pending new negoitation with platform software group management to clarify priority
