Description 
zoneadm mount/unmount command should work for cluster branded zones

While doing Live Upgrade, the lucreate command indirectly calls zoneadm and tries to mount all the "native" and "cluster" branded zones. Currently the zoneadm software treats the "cluster" branded zone as a non native zone and returns.


This behaviour needds to be changed
i.e. zoneadm should successfully mount and unmount "cluster" branded zones like "native" zones.

The "cluster" brand name has been agreed upon and has been approved by PSARC
